Some common offences committed by contractor as follows :-
Submiting false information.
Company cannot be contactable at the last known address.
Failure to inform PKK of any change of information.
Failure to supply information upon request by PKK.
Do not sign tender form.
Rejection of ballot offer, quotation and tender or offer previously accepted.
Join the job offer including balloting, quotation and pre-qualifying during the time of detention or suspension.
Work/projects are not to schedule.
Outstanding payments to any party.
Incomplete or low quality work.
Bumiputra involvement is unsatisfactory.
Sub-con projects to other or by taking commission as middle party.
Cancelation of contract/failure to complete work or abandoning work.
Bankrupt declaration.
Disregard of warnings or do not follow orders.
Disciplinary actions that could be taken against registered contractor: -
1. Warning. 2. Decline from bidding or accepting any government project. 3. Cancelation of Bumiputera Status. 4. Downgrade of Class. 5. Cancelation of head/sub-head. 6. Suspension of Registration. 7. Cancelation of Registration.
