Entrepreneur Development Ministry, Tan Sri-Tan Sri, Datuk-Datuk, respected ladies and gentlemen,

2.Alhamdulillah, our thanks to Almighty God,  because with his permission we are able to be together this launching ceremony or Contractor Service Center (PKK) website.  I also would like to thank the Ministry Of Entrepreneur Development for inviting me to this ceremony.

Ladies and gentlemen,

3. RRJP3 and the 8th Malaysia Plan (RMK8) outline clearly all measures to be carried out to enable Malaysia to be a united and advanced country in our own way. In the 8th Malaysia Plan, the government provides an allocation of  RM110 billions for the Federal Government development projects. We know that Government development projects involve a lot various physical structure constructions in order to meet the country’s economic and social sectors needs.

4. Due to the aggressiveness of the construction field, a lot of opportunities are continuously available to construction entrepreneurs. Success of efforts in construction field would contribute to economic growth and hence improve the people’s standard of living. It also contributes to increase of other business activities and hence contribute to national economic growth.

5. In year 2001, expenditure performance by ministries and government agencies by averaging over 100% from development allocation which is provided. Be department and agency who can spend till 182 percent allocation and lowest in level 76 percent of allocation which gave. By his total, civil service can be implemented project per schedule and spend allocation prepare to be achieved various economic and social objective.
