1. Can the application form downloaded from PKK website be used to submit an application?
Yes. The application form downloaded from PKK website can be used for an application and there is no fee imposed for doing so.
2. Does a registration with PKK require any payment?
Payment is imposed is only for the fee process while submitting the application and application fee or renewal when the application is approved following a previously set free. PKK does not impose any other payment other than processing and registration fees.
3. Can a contractor use a third party service to submit an application?
PKK does not encourage contractors to use third party service for any application. PKK is no responsible for any payment imposed by the third party for any application service.
4. Where can I get the application form for PKK registration?
PKK registration application form can be obtained at PKK Headquarters at the Federal Government Administrative Centre, Putrajaya, 14 PKK branches in every state in Malaysia or can be downloaded from PKK website.
5. Where should the completed application form be send to?
For A, B, C, I, II and III Class registrations, application must be submitted to PKK Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur while D, E, F, IV, V and VI Class registration, application forms must be submitted to the PKK state branch where the applicant operates the business.
